Research Use Only Products
All products sold by Zentra Labs are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. Due to the sensitive nature of these products, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.
Returns Eligibility
We may accept return requests under the following circumstances:
- The item received is damaged during shipping.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The order arrives with missing items.
- The product is defective upon arrival.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Refunds

Order Cancellations
